THE DESCRIPTION

• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth processes and efficiency
• Developing and implementing operational strategies and procedures
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the operations department, ensuring alignment with the company's overall vision, mission, and goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across all business units.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners, to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with the C-Suites in strategic decision-making, providing operational insights, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical practices in all operational activities.
• Develop and implement business continuity plans to mitigate operational risks and minimize potential disruptions.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, monitoring financial performance, and identifying areas for cost optimization and resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, promoting employee engagement, development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Apply and support related sustainability initiatives

Working closely with each department head to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for successful operations

• Quality: Ensuring adherence to established quality standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
• Supply Chain: Developing and maintaining a reliable and efficient supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Customer Support: Enhance customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives to provide the right technical issues.
• Project Management: Drive operational excellence through the implementation of best practices, process improvements, and performance metrics to achieve operational targets.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in administration, management or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications in branding are preferred.
• Extensive experience over 10 years in operations management, or related fields
• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations, including supply chain, logistics, quality and customer care.
• Strong leadership capabilities to inspire and align cross-functional teams toward common brand goals.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Awareness and ability to apply ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) related initiatives in brand strategy and execution.
• Previous experience working on sustainability-related projects or in sustainable companies is preferred.
