Job Description
[Japanese Corporation] Sales Coordinator 19-22K Per Month
$17,000-19,000 x 14 + $1000 allowance Per Month
Location: Cheung Sha Wan

Responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales team with various tasks, including generating quotations, processing orders, and arranging shipments.
- Monitoring the manufacturing and shipment schedule.
- Maintaining close communication and collaboration with internal departments, customers, and overseas offices.
- Managing ad-hoc projects as assigned.
- Occasionally undertaking business trips.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
- Basic computer and Excel skills.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- A sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and a willingness to learn.
