Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment processes for banking and finance roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates from various channels.
• Conduct phone interviews, in-person interviews, and skills assessments to assess candidates' qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with different departments and line managers as a business partner to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with external parties, such as recruitment agencies, to support the hiring process.
• Provide regular recruitment progress reports.
• Assist with any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, primarily focused on recruitment.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
