Job Description
We're hiring a CRM Manager for a Healthcare MNC.
Salary: 40-50k (negotiable, depending on exp)
Location: Kowloon Bay
Responsibilities:
- Lead membership acquisition, retention, and engagement to meet business objectives.
- Design and execute CRM campaigns, engagement activities, and promotions across online and offline platforms.
- Coordinate with strategic partners for joint promotions to leverage business opportunities and engage customers.
- Analyze sales data to identify key purchase trends and insights.
- Work with retail, e-commerce, and product teams to develop targeted programs and customer development initiatives using customer database segmentation, personalized communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CRM management, ideally in the retail sector.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, segmentation, and retention.
- Strong expertise in consumer data analysis and loyalty program development.
- Experience in implementing new CRM systems or loyalty programs is mandatory.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Logical mindset with strong analytical skills is a plus.
