Our client "Brand ID (HK) Ltd” is seeking a Supervisor, Production Planning to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

•  Guide the Hong Kong production planning team in efficiently scheduling and producing trim and packaging with external suppliers. 
• Monitor factory capacity system and ensure work orders are well balanced across capable factories. 
• Monitor via scorecard assessment and factory compliance with company requirements. 
•  Evaluate, take action, and escalate as needed, on Product and Factory issues.  
•  Monitor and manage new factory onboarding and training. 
•  Facilitate Large Order Pricing 
• Guide Production Planning team in monitoring and adjusting the necessary production schedule modifications as related to CNY. 
•  Conduct weekly report reviews with Production Planning team members and then update Sr. Manager of Sourcing and Production. 
•  review monthly production reports of all top factories with the respective Production Planning team member and participate in a monthly comprehensive review meeting with the factory and Production Planner. 
•  Attend weekly meeting with Sr. Manager of Sourcing and Production to review factory performance. 
• Monitor lead times per product category and make suggestions for updates to Sr. Manager of Sourcing and Production. 
• Conduct training of the Production Planning team on new process and business rules to achieve company goals. 
•  Maintain great relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
   

 Who are they looking for? 

• 2-3 years of global sourcing, supply chain or procurement experience- particularly familiar with working with trim and packaging suppliers (preferred) 
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience 
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite (or similar with MS Excel) 
• Salesforce experience (preferred) 
• Broad-based understanding of supplier management 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present complex information 
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally 
• Fluent English is a requirement 
• Fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin
