Our client "Brand ID (HK) Ltd” is seeking a Merchandiser to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Receives all color add requests from vendors for designated accounts.  
• Creates proto sales orders and work orders for lab dips in the Salesforce system.  
• Communicate with garment vendors/customers and Brand ID Partner factories regarding deadlines.  
• Reviews all color comments from vendors for designated accounts and passes them to Brand ID Partner factories. Provides expert feedback to vendors if comments are unclear.  
• Establishes quantitative color standards such as shade bands as necessary.  
• Provides expert feedback to internal teams to help solve color issues.  
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned by the HK Customer Support Manager. 

 

  Who are they looking for? 

• F.5 standard and (or) relevant work experience in the Fabric Mill / Garment Factory 
• Relevant degree preferred but not required 
• Salesforce experience preferred 
• +5 years of experience in customer-facing role 
• Previous experience in Color Management Process 
• Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets 
• Strong English and Mandarin verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently present complex information 
• Ability to understand and influence individuals 
• Working knowledge and experience in developing products and working with partner factories 
• Analytical, sound judgment and decision making, problem solver, attention to detail 
• Demonstrated track record of delivering against targets and objectives 
• Able to prioritize requests and propose effective alternatives when necessary 
• Ability to show judgment in developing new approaches and resolving issues 
• Ability to travel domestically in Hong Kong and China as needed 
• Team Player, hard working, and self-motivated
