Job summary
In the Bank
- Daily Reconciliation
- Handling enquiries from frontlines and other stakeholders
- Project & Change management
- Monitor and manage the performance with TJ Hub
With the Vendors
- SLA monitoring
- Regular performance review
- Regular on-site checking
- Yearly risk assessment including Business Resilience, ICS (e.g. TPRM)
- Contract review
- Regular review with the auditors (e.g. GIA, TPSA, HKMA)
Key Responsibilities
Strategy
- Be courage of taking up new knowledge in the Bank and capable to support the tasks relating to monitoring of bank services outsourced to external service providers including Statement Printing and Delivery, Cheque Book Ordering and New Card Issuance from the Bank.
- To make recommendations on process improvements with adequacy of existing controls and best practices from other Banks experience.
- Key driver in Change Management – Work closely with mangers of Vendor Management Team; supports to UAT and UVT on Project Keystone during system migration and help to develop DOI as user guides to other team members.
- To ensure all daily activities are compliance with the bank up-to-date internal control policies, compliance, and audit standard.

- Follow up and follow through the laid down Departmental Operational Instructions in the team.
- High degree of Operation accuracy.
- Integrity on access to the system as per business required basis.
- Discipline in Confidentiality Requirement from the Bank.
People & Talent
- Capable to support the tasks especially to statement printing and delivery, report generation during the system migration with the internal stakeholders and outsourcing vendors.
- Be courage of taking up new skills in card production, card embossing with internal stakeholders and outsourcing vendors. Voice out irregularities to Project Team and close the lapse prior to production.
Risk Management
- Compliant to internal and external regulatory requirements at all the times, in particular for Anti-Bribery & Corruption policy; Bank ICS Policy and PCI requirement and reporting and suspicious case to Team Manager.
Governance
- Work with Manager, Business Risk Management for matters related to legal and compliance.
- Protect customer’s data in view of PDPO is the priority among the tasks and adopt clean desk guidelines in the own workstations.

- Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Zero tolerance on falsification of documents, improper behaviours involving unwanted physical contact / verbal harassment; staff fraud.

- Product Teams, T&I, PSS Team, Project Keystone members, Customer Care Centre; Business Risk Management; Branch Operations, Card Operations and so on

- University Graduated and fluent in speaking and writing in English
- Languages: Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua

- Microsoft office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
