What you'll be doing?

The role is responsible for ensuring all sourcing activities are compliant with all local requirement and regulatory and drive the best value to the bank.

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet the organization's IT needs.
• Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish strong supplier relationships.
• Execute and manage RFx process, master agreements and SOWs for assigned stakeholder groups.
• Working with internal stakeholder and/or suppliers, identify and implement cost saving, business value, and/or revenue acceleration projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand IT requirements and align sourcing activities accordingly.
• Analyse category market condition, competitive landscape, stakeholder requirements, pricing trends, and benchmarks to support the creations of best-in-class sourcing solutions.
• Create and manage execution of a category strategy focused on creating value for both internal and external.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve any issues, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Engage and coordinate with SMEs when necessary (ie, legal, risk, compliance etc)
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Assess and mitigate procurement risks, maintaining uninterrupted supply.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sourcing team members.

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 7-10 years of solid experience with IT Sourcing & Procurement process
  Understanding of complex contractual terms and conditions.
• Strong people management skill and influencing skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
