Job Description:

• Responsible for UAT for mobile apps, web-based applications, and system
• Perform UAT related activities including but not limited to planning, environment setup, co-ordination, test cases / test scripts preparation and execution
• Coordinate and execute the testing strategy and test plan to facilitate a smooth implementation of business projects
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of test cases / test scripts based on business requirement and functional requirement specification
• Communicate and work closely with users and development team to identify and resolve bugs and deliver successful technical solutions
• Prepare UAT status report, defect logs and test result in an efficient and detail manner
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above
• Relevant work experience in banking/ financial services industry
• Good knowledge in financial products and operations is a plus
• Attention to details with good problem-solving skill and able to work in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
