Our client "Moen China, Limited ” is seeking a Logistic Specialist join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Order fulfilment included receiving and creating new orders, preparing goods, and coordinating with factories, customers and sales team to ensure all delivery process smoothly.
• Work with factories, 3PL and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery to warehouse and customer.
• Tracking shipping schedule and order status, placing shipping booking
• Handle full set of I/E shipping documents: Invoice, packing list, delivery note, Form E preparation between customers and factories and submitting banking documents for LC customers.
• Responsible for maintaining and preparing inventory records in the systems accurately. 
• Arranging the stock taking internally by quarterly and auditing by yearly.
• Handle enquiries from customers and sales team such as stock status checking, sample request Co-work to improve efficiency and communication for current procedure by creating reports and workflow
• Arrange delivery for local orders.
• Preparing on the billing payment application for logistics service providers, such as: local charges & courier
• charges for the shipment
• Manage partial small customers of AEC
• Manage the warehouse of HK, such as stock monitoring, spare parts ordering, warehouse tidy up
•  Responsible to local and oversea courier for different business units
• Responsible to routine admin work such as stationery ordering, communication with office suppliers
•  Other ad hoc tasks assigned 
   

Who are they looking for? 

• University graduate, business/commercial background; 
•  At least 3 years in logistic or supply chain experience 
• Can work under pressure and self-motivated to drive/deliver results 
•  Ability to communicate effectively both in oral and written English 
•  Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc.
