We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our Centre. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent. This role requires a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in talent acquisition, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

• Handle end to end recruitment process for professional and supporting positions from JD preparation, job adv posting, screening & shortlisting candidates, interview arrangements, offer proposals & contracts, pre-employment background checks, on-boarding process, etc;
• Conduct thorough interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit;
• Support all talent acquisition campaigns including job fairs, campus recruitment, career talks, etc; Maintain and update Centre’s career website;
• Support and execute employer branding programs to promote a positive working environment and attract talent;
• Provide and conduct data collection for recruitment needs analysis and reports;
• Participate in HRIS implementation projects (recruitment management system) to enhance and streamline talent acquisition;
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field;
• 5 - 8 years’ working experience in recruitment. Experience and knowledge of Engineering or Technical sectors would be an advantage;
• Experience in handling internship / placement program with universities;
• Strong attention to detail, time management and excellent communication skills;
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders as well as external partners such as recruitment agencies or universities;
• Good team player, self-motivated, equipped with a ‘can-do’ attitude and positive mindset. Able to work under pressure within tight deadlines;
• Proficient in MS applications, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
