Job Description
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Human Resources Manager to lead one of HR teams in the Hong Kong region. The team consists of members responsible for full spectrum of HR activities. As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a key role in the development and execution of HR strategies, working closely with Senior Stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the Human Resources team, ensuring efficient collaboration and achievement of individual and team goals.
- Responsible for recruitment and talent management, collaborating with department managers to develop recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain high-quality employees.
- Design and implement training and development plans to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business needs.
- Strong communication skill and able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support business transformation efforts.
- Participate in HR Projects, including HRIS deployment to ensure all projects are managed within the timeline.
- Be aware of the local regulations, suggest and collaborate with the relevant HR partners to review, update and implement HR policies & procedures to ensure its legal compliance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- At least 8 years of work experience in HR field in sizable organization, preferably from F&B industry; ideally working in an all-round HR role.
- Good exposure on Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and payroll regulations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to prioritize tasks, problem-solving and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel
- Immediate available is a highly preferred.
Place of Work and Working Hours:
- Tsim Sha Tsui and/ or Hong Kong International Airport
- Monday to Friday, 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.
