Job Descriptions

• Handle full set of accounts and cash flow report
• Responsible for day-to-day A/C and HR operations 
• Update financial records and prepare management accounts for management.
• Prepare cash flow forecast for Group Companies;
• Prepare annual budget and monitor budgetary control;
• Prepare management accounts and schedules for Group Companies;
• Communicate with internal & external parties (including auditors and bankers)
• Monitor daily workflow according to company policies;
• Assist and give financial advice to management for new project development;
• Handle ad hoc assignments
 

REQUIREMENTS:
* LCCI Level III or Diploma holders in Accountancy or related disciplines;
* 6 years of experience in the retail industry working experience with 3 years at a leading level;
* Self-motivated, strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Good command in both written & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
* Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and accounting software
