Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of daily leasing matters and management for a portfolio of bank properties
• Assist in leasing administration and handle routine rental payment & utilities charge
• Weekly / Monthly reporting on active transactions as well as the project pipeline reviews
• Documentation work including tenancy liaison, tenancy agreements, marketing analysis & surveyor report
• Liaise and establish good relationships with property developers, landlords, tenants and agencies
• Monitor variances in different leasing control parameters
• Assist any ad-hoc projects and assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in related disciplines
• 4 years related experiences
• Mature and independent with good negotiation, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken both English and Mandarin
