Job Responsibilities

• As part of business compliance in the department to promote compliance culture
• Acting as 1.5 line of defense in between the business function and compliance function
• Provide advisory function within the business on compliance matters
• Perform internal control on compliance & risk within the business
• Prepare regular management reports to department management
• Remind OIC on all compliance/risk functions requirements to avoid potential non-compliance
• Review and update compliance & risk policy and procedure
• Perform compliance/risk function related ad-hoc projects
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree holder
• At least 5 years relevant experience in compliance areas for Asia Pacific Business clients (previous working experience in 2nd or 3rd line of defense is of added advantage)
• Interest to develop his/her career in business compliance (ie 1.5 line of defense)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good knowledge in using Excel for data management and reporting
