Job Descriptions:

• Provide clerical support to the sales team in order processing
• Handle local customer's enquiries regarding the delivery status
• Prepare PO, invoice, quotation and other related documents
• Coordinate with customers and internal parties to arrange delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience (experiences in sales admin/ shipping/ logistics/ purchasing are welcomed)
• With working experience in handling local delivery is a bonus
• Conversational level in English and Mandarin 
• Well-organized, detail-minded and responsible
