Job Description

Our client is a sizable semi-gov institution and they are hiring both HR Associate and AM role. Come and join us!

HR Associate 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the whole recruitment process for our banking and finance client, including online job advertisement posting, arranging interview, background checking and new join staff orientation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations; 
  • Assist with ad-hoc HR projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 1-2 year all-round HR experience
  • Good understanding of local employment related ordinance
  • A pro-active, independent and detail-minded person
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Officer
  • Immediate to work would be an advantage 

 

HR Assistant Manager 

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels
  • Conduct phone screens, F2F interviews, and assessments to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Focus on recruitment and Hiring
  • Work closely with different departments and line managers as a business partner to have better understanding on their recruitment needs and requirements
  • Co-ordinate with external parties such as external employment agencies
  • Provide regular recruitment reports
  • Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

    Requirements
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience 
  • Able to work independently and under a fast pace environment
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate to work would be an advantage
