Job Description
Location: Central
Responsibilities:
- Handling Receptionist duties includes:
- Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages
- Arrange, remind, and reschedule patient appointments
- Coordinate and communicate with Dental Surgery Assistants regarding patient appointments
- Perform data entry of patient information, treatment, and payment receipts
- Backup digital x-rays and patient information in the computer system
- Respond to patient inquiries
- Handling general office duties
Requirements:
- University graduate with min. 2 years' administrative experience
- Fluent English and Cantonese, Mandarin preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and macOS
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
- Immediate availability preferred
