Responsibilities:
• Formulating and implementing the network distribution strategy in Hong Kong
• Establish and maintain business network with property developers, landlords and real estate
agencies
• Perform leasing related works including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy
administration, budget planning and rental forecast
• Conduct market research and make recommendation for network expansion with different
brands in Hong Kong
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Degree holder or equivalent in Real Estate, Surveying, Property Management or related
discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in property leasing and tenancy administration
• Familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
• Ability to handle correspondence and work independently
• Good interpersonal & negotiation skills, detail-minded and willing to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Position appointed will be commensurable with the candidate’s level of experience
