The Role:

• Perform group consolidation and monthly closing of group companies of a listed group
• Coordinate group financial planning and analysis to support business planning and decision-making
• Prepare quarterly operation reviews and board materials for the Board and senior management 
• Handle annual audit and interim review, including preparing audit schedules and liaising with external auditors 
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and assignments as and when required

The Person:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accounting qualification
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in financial reporting or financial planning and analysis in sizable/listed conglomerate. Working experience in Big 4 would be an advantage
• Thorough knowledge in Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards
• Experience in accounting and consolidation system implementation would be a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Mature, self-motivated, independent and a good team player
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant
