Our client “Bimbo Limited" is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Develop and maintain the merchandise mix of the store and meet the turnover targets set by management
• Manage the store team and store operations
• Coach the sales team in order to deliver high quality of customer service and shopping environment
• In charge of different projects related to business loyalty program
• Contribute to the development of the store action plan and lead its implementation
• Analyse key sale data and formulate strategies to achieve business growth
• Co-ordinate internally with marketing/logistics/accounting team and externally with brands and adhere to their directions and image
• Take responsibility in the operations administration to achieve company standard
• Location: Lee Garden

Who are they looking for? 

• Diploma educated with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in Retail 
• Experience in kids category is a plus
• Experience in handling customer service and monitoring customer shopping journey 
• Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role in Retail 
• Simple MS Office and Excel
• Good in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese 

Working Hour: 

• 5 days work week
