Job Responsibilities: 

- Manage follow-ups on digital marketing service orders, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing, and Programmatic campaigns.

 - Collaborate and coordinate with online publishers for media purchases across various platforms. 

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. 

- Address client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings. 

Qualifications: 

- A degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Media, or a related field. 

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience. 

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and engagement abilities.

 - Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English. 

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing. 

- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the role of Senior Digital Performance Manager.
