Job Description
Our client “Ricoh Asia Pacific Operations Limited” is seeking a Regional Security Governance Manager to join their company!
What you’ll be doing?
- Develop and maintain the regional security governance strategy and roadmap, aligned with Ricoh's global security vision and objectives.
- Implement and monitor the security policies, standards and procedures for the region, and ensure compliance with Ricoh's global security framework, international standards (ISO-27001, NIST CSF, COBIT etc.) as well as local laws and regulations.
- Conduct security assessments and audits, and report on the security status and performance of the region.
- Manage security risks and incidents, and coordinate with other regional and global security teams to ensure timely and effective response and resolution.
- Provide guidance and support to the business units and stakeholders on security matters and promote security awareness and best practices across the region.
- Manage and develop the regional security governance team and foster collaboration and communication with other security teams and functions.
Who are they looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or higher in information security, computer science, engineering, or related disciplines.
- At least 10 years of experience in security governance, risk management, compliance, or related fields.
- Professional certifications in security governance, risk management, compliance, or related fields, such as CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, or ISO 27001.
- Proven track record of leading and managing security governance projects and initiatives in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Experience in working with regional and global security teams and stakeholders and managing cross-cultural and cross-functional relationships.
- Strategic and analytical thinker, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective and influential communicator, with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable leader, with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a passion for security and innovation.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Working Hour:
- 5 days work week
