Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the origination and execution of IPO transactions
• Prepare client proposals, pitch books, valuation assessments and industry updates
• Perform due diligence and financial analysis
• Coordinate with professional parties and regulatory authorities
• Keep abreast of corporate developments and rules and regulations 

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law or related disciplines, with additional professional qualifications in Accountancy, Finance or Law an advantage
• Minimum 5-6 years corporate finance experience with good knowledge in Listing Rules and Takeovers Code 
• Good drafting skill in English
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
• Diligent, hardworking, willing to learn and attentive to details
