Key Task

• Identify and verify spare parts for quotes and orders

• Ensure all Customer enquiries are responded according to applicable rules

• Build and maintain optimal relations with customers, local office and IGC

• Follow up on quotes and orders and other support tasks:

• Contribute to the department's continuous improvement initiatives and processes.

Requirement

• SAP experience is preferred

• Fresh grad with eagerness to work in Marine industry will also be considered

• Good command in spoken and written English 

• Commercial Mindset and Service minded

• Solution-oriented

• Good team cooperation

• Interpersonal and coordination skills
