Responsibilities:

• Formulate, lead and implement digital and data-driven strategies to further strengthen HKIA world's cargo leadership position

• Further leveraging community ecosystem and network to derive actionable insights and strategies that is beneficial to Hong Kong air cargo industry

• Identify, cultivate and establish collaboration and connectivity with potential stakeholders and business partners within and beyond air cargo industry

• Manage air cargo digitalization initiatives, namely HKIA Cargo Data Platform and HKIA Cargo Connect, to ensure continuous introduction of new and useful applications, progressive growth in the platform adoption and to enable network growth through ecosystem collaborations

• Establish and strengthen rapports with potential community stakeholders to derive new solutions and collaborative use case together

•  Undertake the management role to oversee the day-to-day operations of the sub-team to ensure smooth operations in compliance to the corporate policies and guidelines involved

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines 

• Minimum 12 years’ working experience

• Domain knowledge on air cargo and supply chain is preferred

• Proven track record in driving new projects from ideation and experience in handling industry-wide, scalable or transformational projects is an added advantage 

• Strong organization skills, proven project management and stakeholder management skills

• Strategic, integrated and innovative mindset with the ability to transform a business concept into digital solutions and vice versa

• Good team player, proactive and able to work under pressure, can-do attitude, strong passion to win

•  Meticulous, fact-based problem solver, strong organization and communication skills

• Bold to challenge status quo and keen to drive the change, fast learner and good common sense
