Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers in branches to provide professional insurance solution to bank customers 

• Pro-actively drive cross-selling activities based on customer needs to optimize sales opportunities and sustain relationship with customers

• Execute sales strategies and business plans to maximize bancassurance business

• Conduct sales coaching, monitor sales performance and motivate bank sales staff to attain business targets

• Build and develop relationship with banks and their sales force

• Ensure full compliance to banking policies and standards, industry rules and regulations

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience in bancassurance with sound knowledge on selling insurance products

• Independent, self-motivated, results and customer services oriented

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and coaching skills

• Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP

• Fluent in Mandarin
