Job Responsibilities:

- Reach out to donors through various channels, such as email, instant messaging, SMS, and primarily by phone, to enhance donor retention.

- Build rapport with donors, understand their needs, provide solutions with effective follow-up

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions

- Escalate donor’s feedback to supervisor for review and improvement on service provided

- Support donor retention activities/functions while needed

Job Requirements:

• Post secondary or above with at least 3 years work experience, preferably in customer services

• Good command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken)

• Ability to resolve donor enquiries with strong problem solving & communication skills

• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Donor Services Officer
