Job Duties:

• Trade execution on Stocks, Funds, and other financial products.

• Support to manage asset allocation and investment portfolios

• Prepare various reports for senior management and internal proposals for different purposes.

• Support to develop and implement workflow procedures and guidelines, and ensure all internal procedures are complied with rules and regulations in relevant jurisdiction and internal policies.

• Support to maintain database.

• Co-ordinate with internal and external auditors, regulators, head office counterparties, and other departments

• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel user, comfortable with sophisticated spreadsheet, VBA knowledge a plus.

• Detail oriented, strong analytical, and communication skills.

• Good command of English. 

• Numerically sensitive.

• Experience working in financial industry is an advantage.
