The Role
Deliver outstanding member experience through excellent customer service on inbound and outbound calls
Provide efficient and effective solutions to members' needs
Demonstrate subject matter expertise on Pensions schemes/ processes/ procedures
Investigate and take ownership of complex member queries
Be an active team player and participate in team meetings to discuss, share ideas and celebrate achievement of team goals
Work to achieve personal and team KPIs
Support leaders and colleagues within the Contact Centre in delivering results
Keep abreast of current industry related information and changes
Actively contribute to continuous process improvement
Adhere to all relevant legislative requirements for the role, and comply with MUFG Pensions & Market Services’ Privacy policy and procedures
We're Looking For
1-3 years experience in customer service industry, call centre experience preferred
Knowledge and experience in Pensions is an advantage
Higher diploma or above in any disciplines
Strong customer service skills with a focus on member experience
Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and a pleasant phone manner
Ability to identify clients’ needs and take action to provide solutions
Willing to alter shift schedules to meet operational demands when required
Proven track record of being reliable and punctual in a structured environment
Ability to display empathy and resilience when handling difficult or sensitive calls
Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets
Open to feedback and have a desire to develop professionally
Intermediate computer skills (MS Office suite), with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work across digital media platforms and provide front line technical support
Keen to work in, and develop a career within the pensions industry
