About you:

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Manage and support the daily operations of the Loan Business, ensuring smooth and efficient processes

• Perform daily reconciliation, conduct regular reviews, and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy and integrity in operations

• Ensure than all operational processes adhere to the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to a culture of compliance and risk management

• Participate in projects focused on developing new processes and services, automating workflows, and enhancing systems through user acceptance testing (UAT) to improve operational efficiency

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field

• A minimum of 2 years related work experience in Personal Loan Products.

• A Self-initiative individual who thrives in a team environment

• Highly organized, responsible, and eager to identify and pursue improvement opportunities

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and address challenges

• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese
