Provide professional support and coach branch marketing staff to meet their investment/insurance targets
Boost up investment/insurance sales, optimize sales capacity and effectiveness for retail investment/insurance business
Formulate and implement business strategies to support assigned regions meeting overall targets and generating extra investment fee income
Assist frontline marketing staff to identify suitable customers for marketing of products, prepare presentation materials to customers and build up business base
Participate in joint marketing calls with frontline marketing staff to act as investment/insurance product specialist

工作內容 :

提供專業支援，指導分行市場營銷團隊達成投資及保險目標。  
提升投資及保險銷售，優化零售業務的銷售能力與效率。  
制定及實施業務策略，支持指定區域達成整體目標，並創造額外的投資收入。  
協助前線市場營銷人員識別合適客戶，準備客戶簡報材料，並建立穩固的業務基礎。  
參與與前線市場營銷人員的聯合市場推廣，擔任投資及保險產品專家。  

Job Requirements:

HKCEE / DSE (full pass) or other relevant qualification
Pass the IIQE (123) and fulfill the competency requirements 
Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience in retail banking/ insurance company/ broker firm
Good customer service orientation, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua (good in Putonghua and English is preferred)

香港中學會考 / DSE（全科合格）或其他相關資格。  
IIQE (123) 考試合格，並符合相關能力要求。  
至少具備1年於零售銀行、保險公司或經紀行的相關經驗。  
具備良好的客戶服務導向、人際交往及溝通技巧。  
具備強烈的自我激勵能力，能獨立工作。  
精通英文、廣東話及普通話（普通話及英文流利者優先）
