Job Scope

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst with a strong focus on project testing to support our ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements and functional specifications related to project testing.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate project deliverables.

• Coordinate with project teams to identify testing needs and establish testing schedules.

• Conduct functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure compliance with business requirements.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including business units, IT, and external vendors.

• Identify and document defects, track issues, and support resolution efforts.

• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes.

• Prepare comprehensive test reports and present findings to project stakeholders.

• Responsible for driving the initiation, mobilization and execution for initiatives prioritized in the Strategic Planning cycle.

• Partner project managers/tech lead from vendors or off-shore delivery team management to coordinate, mobilize and execute with internal IT functional departments

• Ability to anticipate project risks and put forth mitigation to address promptly and accordingly.

• Maintain good relationship with key stakeholders across all functional departments including Business and IT

Job Requirements：

• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or BBA information systems or related disciplines

• Should have professional mindset in the whole testing procedure end-to-end

• Seasoned experience in consulting, business operation, or project management, preferably in the financial services industry

• Experience of working in a banking or financial services environment on large complex change projects, particularly those implementing digital and other cutting edge tech solutions.

• Experience in working with diverse teams of different work streams

• Ability to think innovatively and find creative solutions, with a proactive problem solving approach

• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills both written and verbally

• Experience working in Agile, or knowledge of the key principles of the methodology

• Self-starter, who can work pro-actively with minimum supervision

• Candidates with good communication skills will be considered as Business Analyst
