About the Job:

• Lead a team of Individual Life Underwriting. 

• Perform Underwriting on Individual Life policies, with key focus on Complex / Jumbo cases.

• Manage underwriting projects of automation, system enhancement, guideline revision, etc.

• Participate in projects of product revamp & development and sales & marketing.

• Coordinate and provide regular training and mentorship for the division. 

• Handle enquiries and complaints from in-and-external parties.

Requirement & Qualification:

• University graduate, preferably with FLMI / ICA.

• 8+ years of Underwriting experience in Individual Life.

• Great exposure in technical underwriting and projects.

• Be mature and self-motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
