What you will do

This person will join the Controls/ELV Team in Hong Kong. He/she will

·       Majority to develop new sales opportunities ELV/Security/Controls market from property developers, end users, E&M consultants, property and facilities management, facility operators in Hong Kong

·       Upgrade and expand the business scope from existing customers.

·       To build and manage relationship with existing and potential customers 

·       To coordinate with ELV System/BMS Control System team, digitalization, and region team to support growth of business through digitalization.

How you will do it

·       To achieve and growth the sales targets and objectives as assigned

·       Proactive approach to make appointment, meetings, presentations to create new and extend opportunity with clients through digitalization products and introduction of Johnson controls services business.

·       Coordination with the digital solution team and the New Construction sales team in the region for the business grow strategically and technically

·       Create cross sales activities to ensure both groups are working effectively to meet property developers, end users, E&M consultant, facilities and property management, key account customers and stakeholders expectations

What we look for

Required

·       Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in Building Solution (BMS, HVAC, Energy, ELV)

·       Experience in digitalization solution will be an advantage

·       Experiences in customer account management will be an advantage

·       Experiences in building services is preferred

·       Good oral, written and presentation skills with ability to present to senior executives

·       Customer focus and follow up activities oriented

·       Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Preferred

·       Good connections with property developers, property management, facilities operation is preferred

·       Positive, proactive and can do attitude is preferred

·       Independent and able to work under pressure and meeting sales target

·       Experience in facilities, energy savings, smart city preferred

·       Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office
