They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Business Analyst / Scrum Master to join a banking project team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and agile delivery, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and Business Analysts to clarify, refine, and document user stories aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to resolve requirement ambiguities and validate acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers, architects, and technical teams to define and validate technical approaches.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Ensure user stories are well-defined, technically feasible, and include clear acceptance criteria.
• Support solution design by reviewing system architecture, APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
• Identify gaps between business expectations and technical constraints, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and agile team environment to ensure successful delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in fintech or product environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Project management or agile certification (e.g. PMP, CSM) is an advantage.
