主要職責

• 通過電話、電郵及其他渠道處理客戶查詢。

• 提供有關帳戶變更、資金轉移及保單更新的準確及即時資訊。

• 協助解決客戶問題，並將複雜個案升級至相關部門處理。

• 保持對公司政策、程序及系統變更的最新了解。

入職要求

• 無需客戶服務經驗，歡迎應屆畢業生申請。

• 具備良好的廣東話溝通能力。

• 注重細節，具備良好的解難能力及人際溝通技巧。
