POSITION SUMMARY: 

• Ideate events, included but not limited to in-store and retail activations, develop event directives to support key product programs and business needs in markets.

• Consolidate and analyses event proposals from markets to ensure activations justify the ROI and KPI.

• Coordinate with cross functional teams in local markets, APAC and global to ensure event planning, workflow, timeline and execution are aligned.

• Track event results, consolidate and analyses event recaps, prepare presentations for management review in regular basis.

• Work closely with local markets to ensure APAC event calendar is up to date and align with global and APAC Go-To-Market calendar.

• Regional PR gifting and seeding management from planning, coordination, logistics and result tracking.

• Market intelligence and competitor research.

• Administration, e.g. contract, invoice, DHL, stationary order.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

·       Education: HKCEE/HKDSE or above

• Some relevant working experience is preferred

• Responsible, willing to learn and self-motivated

• Immediate availability will be an advantage

• University graduate in Communication/ Marketing or Business related studies.

Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in Marketing/Communications in Fashion/ Beauty/ Watch & Jewelry/ Accessories or related industries. 

• Experience in event/ PR/ social agency is an advantage.

SKILLS:

• Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Korean and Japanese is an advantage.

• Strong data analysis skills and project management mindset.

• Master in PowerPoint and Excel.

• A team player with strong multitasking ability, flexible to adapt to rapidly changing and high pace environment.

• Interest and understanding in fashion and celebrities is an advantage.
