Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of property management services;

• Supervise a team to provide quality property management services to clients;

• Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations;

• Attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain a good relationship with the committees;

• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal parties;

• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in property management or related disciplines;

• 8 years or above relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at managerial level;

• Holder of PMP License (Tier 1) is required;

• Member of CIH / HKIH or other recognized professional bodies is preferred;

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Immediately available is highly preferred. 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Manager.
