JOB SUMMARY:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic global team as Product Development Specialist for bags and accessories. In this role, you will manage sample processes, coordinate projects, and drive innovation for leading international brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take notes from design and sample meetings; update project trackers for deadlines and progress.
• Create and edit spec sheets; work with factories to finalize and approve them.
• Research materials; organize physical and digital prototype storage; track shipments and set up reviews.
• Test new tools like 3D modelling to speed up prototyping.
• Connect design, buying, and client teams to keep projects on track.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Higher diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years in product development, preferably bags/accessories manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet tight deadlines and build cross-functional relationships.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
