What you'll be doing

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and commercial planning (e.g. KPI, Category SOB) output in collaboration with retail operations and commercial team.

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to aid in decision-making

• Analyze financial trends, identify opportunities, and provide recommendations to the leadership team

• Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data

• Lead the review of P&L variance , highlight and query unusual trend to ensure accuracy of month end close.

• Manage the property appraisal and investment decision making process as required within market

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; also local accounting qualification, CPA preferred

• Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the retail industry

• Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting using Excel and other financial software

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial information to APAC team

• Proficiency in English and Chinese
