About Our Client
Our client is a well-established and reputable organization. With a sizeable and collaborative finance team, they are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join them. This is a full-spectrum accounting role with a strong emphasis on full sets of accounts, with financial reporting and management accounting exposure provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliation and month-end closing.

• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and month-end adjustments.

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HKFRS or relevant standards.

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and commentary.

• Prepare management reports to provide insights into financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Liaise with external auditors during audit process.

• Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

• Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting

• Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
