Responsibilities: 

• To achieve the assigned business target as defined in KPI

• To ensure the integrity, discipline, product knowledge, selling skills & service standard are up to Bank standard and strictly follow internal/external rules & regulations and SOPs

• Prepare statistical & analytical reports to facilitate sales planning

• Conduct various sales activities effectively according to program schedule

• Actively cross-sell the Bank products and identify business opportunity

• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: 

• University graduate or above

• 3 years or above relevant experience, minimum 1 years in management experience

• Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements

• Self-motivated, mature, with an entrepreneurial mind

• Good communication and people management skills

• Aggressive & energetic with excellent negotiation & presentation skills

• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin

• PC knowledge

• Securities and Futures Intermediaries Qualifications and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifications will be an advantage
