We are looking for a Captain - Shang Palace /Nadaman based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Captain - Shang Palace / Nadaman, we rely on you to:

• Provide quality service to guests

• Ensure smooth operations of the work section appointed and strive for guests delights

• Ensure that service / items are prepared according to restaurant standards

• Check the cleanliness of the section prior to and after service

• Collect feedback during operation to ensure guests satisfaction

• Assist the Manager in the day-to-day operations

We are looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, supervisory experience in F&B would be an advantage

• Formal training in Hospitality Management would be an advantage

• Customer-oriented and detail-minded team player

• Strong communications and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
