職責:

負責燒味部日常運作，食品處理及出品，維持產品質素，以達致公司釐定標準

要求:

3年以上廚務管理經驗
主動積極、靈活有責任感、具獨立處事能力、領導才能、人事管理及督導技巧 、重視溝通及團隊精神
良好粵語、懂讀寫中文

工作時間: 每週工作6天, 每天工作9小時 (輪班輪休)
