Exposure And Support

• Provide a full range of secretarial and administrative support to the office and shops, including but not limited to managing supplies and equipment, maintaining insurance and business registration, organizing relocations, and handling other related duties.

• Assist in organizing company events and roadshows.

• Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties.

• Support project management by monitoring project progress and managing the ERP system.

• Provide clerical support to the department.

• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.

We’re looking for

• Higher Diploma or above.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration. Candidates with more experience may be considered as Administration Officer.

• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese typing.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently. Detail-oriented and a proactive problem solver.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
