We are looking for the following position:

西沙游泳池客服 - 西沙Go Park 

Responsibilities:

•  Professionally handle customers' pre-sales and after-sales inquiries.

•  To maintain a smooth daily operation 

•  Provide detailed product information

•  Build & nurture relationships with the liaison with clients on a daily basis ** 

•  Keep abreast of the lesson programs & promotions to customers

•  Answering guest's inquiries about pool information .

•  Manage or assist with pool activities

•  Arrange payment arrangements for entry

•  Handle administrative tasks and monthly reports

• Knowledge in "Schooltracs " system is preferred .

職責: 

•  專業地處理客戶的售前和售後諮詢

•  保持日常營運的順利進行

• 提供詳細的產品信息

• 及時向客戶通報課程計畫和促銷活動

• 解答客人對游泳池資訊的詢問

• 管理或協助泳池活動

• 安排入場的付款安排

• 處理行政任務和每月報告

• 懂" Schooltracs " 優先考慮

Requirements:

•  Associate degree or related qualifications

•  Minimum 2-3 years' proven work experience in Customer Service 

•  Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills

•  Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 

•  Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

•  Working knowledge and experience in sports and education will be an advantage 

要求 : 

• 副學士以上學歷或相關資格

• 至少有 2-3 年客戶服務工作經驗

• 良好的溝通能力和解決問題的能力

• 能流利地用英語和中文（粵語和普通話）書寫和說話

• 精通 MS Office（Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint）

• 擁有體育和教育的工作知識和經驗將會優先考慮

5-day work per week ( Shift day-off ) , performance bonus, medical coverage ,  employee discount etc .
