We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control and Contract Coordinator to join our Finance team in Hong Kong. This dual-function role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in credit management and contract administration. You will play a key part in maintaining financial health and supporting commercial operations through accurate documentation and customer engagement.

 Job Description

• Perform daily accounting duties of billing, account receivable, journal preparation, routine reports for the accounting and finance functions on a timely basis.

• Assist with month-end closing reports and account breakdown.

• Liaison with the overseas Finance Shared Services team. 

• Perform and support other accounting functions and ad hoc duties as assigned.

 Job Requirement

• 2 years of experience in accounting.

• Higher Diploma or above in accounting or other related disciplines.

• Proficient in MS Office, with strong Excel skills and Chinese word processing.

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

• Immediately available is preferred.

• Team player.
