About the role

As an Assistant Accountant, you will play a vital role in conducting data entry, accounts payable and assisting in month-end closing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations with a strong emphasis on accounts payable

• Address payment and receipt inquiries from diverse stakeholders

• Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare journal entries

• Handle and prepare bank reconcilaiiton transactions

• Contribute to various ad-hoc projects to support departmental initiatives

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounts payable

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functional formulas

• Strong ability to manage high volumes of data input efficiently

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Immediate availability or a short notice period preferred
