Description:

• During the planning stage, gain insights into the market trends of data center business both within and outside China, formulate corresponding data center development plans, and build a computing power data center infrastructure plan with market competitiveness;
• During the scheme stage, based on specific business requirements, formulate a design plan and technical requirements for the overseas data center that are well-matched with construction needs, technologically advanced, and cost-leading (including civil engineering, power supply and distribution systems, cooling systems, security and fire protection systems, etc.).
• During the implementation stage, coordinate multiple internal and external teams including design, procurement, auditing, construction, and supervision to ensure the safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery of overseas projects.
• Technical Support，Provide consultation, design and other solution support for overseas data center government and enterprise projects;
• Track and study the development trends of global data centers such as green and low-carbon, low cost, agile delivery, and mechanical and electrical architecture, carry out innovative research topics, and organize related new technology pilot projects;
• Complete comprehensive departmental affairs as required by the leadership, such as contract signing, personnel recruitment coordination, train ticket reimbursement, and tracking of supervision matters, etc.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above (Master degree preferred), major in architecture,structure, HVAC, electrical and other related majors;
• More than five years of working experience, with experience in independently leading the planning, consultation, design, construction, operation and maintenance management of large-scale data centers. Those with relevant awards and honors as well as overseas experience will be given priority;
• Possessing an international perspective, being rigorous in work, having strong logical and communication skills, as well as a strong sense of self-motivation and the ability to withstand work pressure;
• High level of document writing, excellent data processing and statistical analysis skills. Priority will be given to those who have published papers or authorized patents;
• Priority will be given to those with certificates such as senior engineer, first-class construction, and PMP certification;
• Candidates with bilingual working ability in Chinese and English and an English proficiency of CET-6 or equivalent will be given priority.
